Employee Engagement
The rich experiences and backgrounds of our employees strengthen our company, boost productivity and drive our success. We take a multifaceted approach to promoting workforce engagement.
As part of our legal obligations and in furtherance of our employee commitment, we track age, gender and race/ethnicity for all full-time employees. In compiling the data, we categorize employees according to the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) definitions. For transparency, we have committed to sharing our annual EEO-1 report, which is filed annually with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Professional Development
We offer our employees a variety of professional development opportunities, including job-related training, sponsorship of employee participation in industry organizations, and contributions toward tuition at accredited colleges, universities and trade schools. We also have introduced a mentoring program that allows us to identify employees with an interest in enhancing their development through mentorship. Our mentorship program is a companywide initiative.
Hiring Locally
Where possible we prioritize hiring from the local and state geographic area, which allows us to contribute to the communities in which we operate. For our operations outside the US, the majority of our people are nationals of the local host country. When immediate talent is not available in our international operations, we ensure proper training is offered so that we may work toward nationalizing positions.
